Shipping policy

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at support@Grandia.in and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

India Wide – 3 to 7 business days

Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 8pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

Please note that orders that are placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. Grandia is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered.

Orders ship within 3-7 business days (not including weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure).

COVID-19 update: Grandia.in is currently operating and Shipping as normal and we are doing all we can to ensure parcels are delivered within the usual time frames. We are aware some inter-state delivery times may be slightly delayed due to local government restrictions.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in INR, which means you are liable to pay for duties and taxes according to government law. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. 

Looking to track your order? When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@Grandia.in with your tracking number included in it.

Depending on Order Volume, this may take between 2-4 business days. Once you receive the email, follow these steps to easily check on your Delivery Status.

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Order Numbers don't instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable do not be alarmed - Your Order has been shipped out & Delivery Status should update within 3-7 days.
  • Depending on the value of your Purchase & Item Ordered, your package may not include a Tracking Number. If this is the case, you will be informed via email once your order has shipped.
